Monthly tuition prices are for the regular season are based on a yearly tuition. The yearly tuition is broken up into nine monthly installments (September-May). Therefore, tuition stays the same each month regardless of whether the month has 3 or 5 weeks of classes. We do not prorate, refund, or give discounts for any missed classes or seasonal breaks. Summer sessions (June through August) may be paid on a month-to-month or drop-in basis. Discounted drop-in cards are also available.

Tuition is due promptly on the 1st of each month. A late fee is automatically added to all accounts owing tuition on the 10th of the month. To make the payment process as simple as possible, all registrants are required to enroll in “auto pay” while registering online. The studio accepts credit and debit cards for other dance-related expenses. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted forms of payment with approval. On the 15th of the month services are suspended until tuition is paid in full. Statements will only be posted online via Studio Pro, unless requested otherwise.

The seasonal registration fee of $50 for an individual dancer, or $90 per family (2+ students), is due at the time of registration for the regular season. If the dancer takes a break and drops all classes, they are required to re-register and pay new registration fee.

Tuition and all other fees are non-refundable and subject to change from season to season.

If you wish to withdraw from classes at Diversity In Dance, you must contact the studio in writing before the 20th of the previous month.

An administrative fee is applicable to payments made via credit card or Venmo. No administrative fee applies to payment by check or Zelle. Cash is not accepted.
